We have appreciated the opportunity to serve the residents and communities of Central Florida, and are taking a ‘sabbatical’ to cook up other ways to contribute, including a book or two. This new website is transitional, and will eventually expand with many more resources. Meanwhile, check out the frequently-updating Facebook page, as well as other resources below.

Simple Meditation (approximately 20 minutes)
Choose a quiet place and time. Sit comfortably on the floor or in a chair, or lie on your back.

  • Rest your hands in your lap, on your knees, or at your sides.
  • Allow your eyes to close gently.
  • Simply notice the natural rhythm of the breath.
  • When you notice your mind wandering, gently return your awareness to the breath.
